Blessing Oil drops, scroll pack on sale, faster map changes

Update

Drops

  • Blessing Oil: each of the five bosses has an 80% chance to drop 1 bottle, chieftains 5%, small monsters 0.1%
  • Chieftains have a small chance (0.2%) to drop Silver Snake tier weapons
  • Purgatory is back on Woma Taurus (1.3%) and Tomb King (0.8%)

Random Teleport Scroll Pack

The Blacksmith now sells the Random Teleport Scroll Pack all the time, for 15000 gold. Buying it gives your Random Teleport Scroll 30 extra uses, and when they're gone they're gone. The extra uses last only 30 minutes, then reset to zero. The tooltip shows how long is left.

Respawn times

  • Normal monsters in the big world, such as Tideborn Isle, come back every 30 minutes, and in caves every 20 minutes
  • The Woma Temple hall is 9 minutes, and every Zuma floor is at least 15 minutes
  • Guards, chieftains and bosses are unchanged

Soul

On one account, soul EXP goes to just one character a day: whoever logs in and kills the first monster gets that day's soul EXP, to spend. Other characters no longer show the light blue bar, and the game tells you who got it today.

Combat

  • Trap Hexagon can no longer hold chieftains
  • On mobile, tapping yourself stops attacking: no more chasing, the lock is released, and you don't walk
  • Pets charmed by a Wizard now follow you when you use a Town Scroll or Random Teleport Scroll
  • The main stat on the Gold Ring and Demon Slayer Ring follows your class: Attack for Warriors, Magic for Wizards, Spirit for Taoists

Interface

  • Walkable ground on the Tab map has a soft light layer, so walls and paths are easy to tell apart
  • The curse icon on the status bar now shows an explanation, and the Blessing Oil text explains how to lift it
  • Sound fades out before stopping when you switch to the background, so phone speakers no longer pop

Map changes

Entering a portal is quicker: the next map is prepared as you walk up to the portal, and the new map fades in gently. Phones also use less memory and are less likely to be closed by the system.

Skill looks, pet looks and shop looks are still being polished.
